Paperwork Needed

To apply for a loan, in most cases you will be required to provide the following income documents:

• 2 years previous tax returns (1st two pages and all Schedules A, B, C, etc.)

• 2 years previous W-2s and 2 recent, consecutive pay stubs

• 2 months recent banking and retirement account statements (complete with all pages)

• Copy of current drivers license
